Nelson Boswell said, “Always give the customer more than what they expect to get”. The customer service department at Wi-Ex does a great job living up to this thought process. Two customers recently took the time to write about their experience with the Wi-Ex customer service department.
One customer who was working with Roman said, “This is excellent customer service. Thanks for shipping back my wireless extender so quickly last week. I was surprised to get it so soon. Your service has been impeccable. Thanks!” -Sarah
The other customer wrote, “I just hung up from a telephone call with Catherine in customer service – I did not think that this level of customer service existed outside of our own business. Any more it seems that one must fight for customer service or simply forget about expecting it an even a base level.
However, Catherine just proved that great service is still available!
